247Connect (NetSupport) — SaaS Launch Campaign

As part of my role at NetSupport, I supported the launch of 247Connect, a new SaaS solution for remote support. My task was to develop a cohesive campaign strategy and create all key marketing content to drive awareness and adoption.
I began with a competitor research analysis, identifying gaps in the market and focusing on pain points highlighted by competitor customers (e.g., poor reliability, lack of flexibility, complex system). This research shaped our messaging: positioning 247Connect as the reliable, user-friendly alternative.

Deliverables

The challenge

NetSupport needed to launch 247Connect, a new cloud-based remote support product, in a highly competitive EdTech and SaaS market.

Key pain points:

  • Saturated market with established competitors offering similar solutions

  • Complex technical product requiring simplified messaging for SMB decision-makers

  • Need for cohesive multi-channel launch strategy across web, email, and social

  • Inconsistent brand messaging that didn't clearly differentiate 247Connect from competitors

The target audience, being IT managers and school administrators, needed to quickly understand how 247Connect solved their specific pain points (fragmented support systems, lack of user-friendly software, security concerns) without getting lost in technical jargon.

The solution

I led the research and content creation for a comprehensive product launch campaign that simplified technical messaging and positioned 247Connect as the practical and user-friendly solution.
